Ree Sorbello is one of the best photographic artists I have come across. She has a very high attention to detail and a very imaginative and highly sophisticated approach to her subject matter. Her series on Italians in Genoa, Italy and on Italian-Australians are perhaps my favorite amongst many other series of works and are beautiful interpretations of cultural identity.
